It all started with a dream (and a whole lot of hustle!)
Twelve years ago, Mary Mickel co-founded Resplendent, a PR agency in Austin, Texas, focused on making hotels and restaurants shine. Their winning campaigns built a strong reputation, and soon, Resplendent expanded to Northwest Arkansas!
Fast forward to 2022. This is where our story takes a new turn! Mary was ready for a new challenge, so she took an in-house role at a local startup. This shift presented a chance for Mary and I (Andrea Ritchie) to join forces and create something better suited to the diverse needs of Northwest Arkansas businesses. I was hired to lead the Arkansas branch of Resplendent. My background fit perfectly – having honed my marketing skills at a Little Rock agency that tackled a diverse range of clients, from tourism boards to cycling events and even non-profit organizations. This experience gave me a great understanding of the vibrant mix of industries that thrive here in Northwest Arkansas.
A few months later, Resplendent decided to focus on their original Texas market. Recognizing the unique opportunities in Northwest Arkansas, Mary and I decided to team up for a venture. We built on the incredible foundation Resplendent had established over the past decade and launched AM Group!
Our goal? To become the go-to marketing partner for businesses here in Northwest Arkansas. We don't just want to do PR and digital marketing; we want to be a part of your unique success story.
